Functional duties :The main duties and responsibilities of the Director of Development of Medical Representatives and Corporate Clients of the MCH Group are the development and implementation of the policy of development and management of the effectiveness of the Medical Representatives, the construction of uniform standards for the work of medical representatives, the construction of effective processes for the development of relationships with doctors and health centers of all regions responsible for the development and standardization of the direction of Corporate Clients and the achievement of the target % share of new Clients in the structure of turnover. Responsible for the development of new products for Corporate Clients. Responsible for the development of current markets and the development of new markets, as an accompaniment to the opening of a new branch, in terms of LPU, doctors and Corporate Clients. Responsible for the effectiveness of the directions of Medical Representatives and Corporate Clients by achieving target budget indicators and implementing goals by the directions team.
