That is why we are looking for a Training and staff development coach - a person who knows not just to teach, but to inspire, unlock potential and build systematic training for different teams: office, production and retail networks.
This role is about impact. About culture. About developing people and business at the same time.
What will be the focus of the role:
- Building and developing a unified training system for the office, production units and retail network (face-to-face formats + LMS).
- Creation and support of adaptation programs: onboarding, mentoring, training routes for newcomers and employees in new roles.
- Offline implementation and online trainings on sales, service, team management, internal standards and production processes.
- Participation in personnel evaluation (including 180° formats), development of personnel reserve.
- Formation and support of individual employee development plans.
- Joint work on a corporate competency model based on values and goals companies.
- Analysis of training effectiveness, preparation of clear and useful reports for HRD and managers.
- Organization of team and educational activities that strengthen culture, involvement and interaction between teams.
Who we are looking for:
- Specialist with higher education (psychology, pedagogy, HR, management or related directions).
- A person with experience in training and staff development of 3 years or more.
- Practice who knows how to create and implement training programs, not just conduct trainings.
- Experience with LMS-platforms (courses, testing, training control).
- Ability to create training materials (Canva, PowerPoint / Google Slides).
- Additional training, certifications in the field of training, coaching or facilitation will be an advantage
And most importantly:
- strong communication skills and empathy;
- ability to find an approach to different categories of personnel;
- systematic, responsible and proactive;
- leadership, ability to motivate and lead by yourself;
- flexibility and stability in a dynamic environment.
