You will…Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for NCCPA staff. Assesses learning and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with employees, managers, and leadership. Presents learning and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos. Works with other NCCPA business units to coordinate an internal training schedule/calendar to ensure that all required training is practically and efficiently scheduled. Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback. Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials. Develops unique learning programs to fulfill staff and NCCPA’s specific needs to maintain or improve job skills. Monitors, manages, and tracks the training budget and expenses. Participates in the annual budget processPerform other duties as assigned. Hard Skills You Will HaveBachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. At least two years of training experience required. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program softwareAdept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Strong presentation skills. Ability to design and implement effective training and developmentAbility to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
