Developer at a startup (no-code/low-code, remote) in Kachmarik A.R., FOP

We are a small team that creates a modern online accounting service for Poland based on a no-code/low-code platform. 90-95% of all work is done by AI, but sometimes there are situations when you need to intervene manually: fix mistakes made by AI or connect new integrations.

Sometimes AI changes the structure of the project in the wrong way or makes unnecessary edits. Therefore, we are looking for a person who can quickly fix such problems, connect or configure APIs, as well as help with integrations and optimization of solutions.

Technologies we work with:

• React — for developing web application interfaces
• TypeScript — for type-safe development in JavaScript
• React Native — for creating mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Supabase — as a backend (authentication, database, file storage, real-time operation)
• REST API and integration with external services

Who we are looking for:

• Do you have experience with modern web or mobile technologies?

Main tasks:

• Fixing errors and bugs that sometimes arise due to automatic AI changes
• Connecting and configuring new APIs, integration of external services
• Optimization of solutions, tips for better implementation of functionality
• Participation in development and service improvements

Format of cooperation and payment

At the development stage, we are looking for specialists who are ready to join to the project on the terms of flexible cooperation — now it is work at low rates, since there is no big budget. We deliberately use a no-code/low-code platform and artificial intelligence tools, which allows us to significantly save resources and quickly implement functionality that would previously require the involvement of a whole development team.

AI has already successfully implemented most of the logic, connected simple and complex APIs, and performs 90-95% of all work. Your participation will be needed mainly to solve individual technical issues, fix minor bugs, connect new integrations or optimize solutions. The amount of work is a few hours a week or a month, depending on the situation.

We are open both to cooperation with freelancers for small hourly/project rates, and to attracting young professionals who want to gain experience in a startup and become part of a team. After launching the service and transitioning to the support stage, we plan to switch to market payment conditions or other formats of cooperation that will be beneficial for both parties.

Candidates who did not indicate the desired hourly rate or did not indicate that they are ready to join the startup team at the development stage without a fixed payment,will not be watched. Without this information, resumes will not be considered.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of React, TypeScript, React Native, Supabase, REST API
• Responsibility, attention to detail, initiative
• Knowledge of English or Polish to work with documentation will be an advantage
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (having a qualified electronic signature - Action.EU)
