The mission of the team: Implementation of effective and innovative solutions through the automation of business processes using chatbots and AI-models, with the aim of improving the quality of service to corporate clients of the bank.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Higher education - technical, mathematical, economic;
• Experience is mandatory work as a Corezoid developer - from 1 year, experience of working on projects to implement information systems - from 1 year.  
• Basic knowledge of the programming language JavaScript, CSS. Ability to read API description. Knowledge of basic sorting and search algorithms. Understanding the principles and functions of process analysis, development and testing. 
• Basic knowledge of the subject area - in the field of banking technologies, processes and products;
• Knowledge of the stages of software development;
• Ability to analyze data and structure it according to the conclusions obtained within the scope of business or system analysis.
• Sufficient communication skills.

Role in the team:

• Development, support and optimization of processes for using the Corezoid system for chatbots and related services.
• Participation in the implementation and development of an AI assistant to automate the processing of customer requests in chatbots and the office of financial consultants (operators) of the contact center.
• Integration with internal bank systems via API, webhooks, other data exchange protocols.
• Development of technical solutions for automating the work of financial consultants (operators) contact center: creation of scenarios, data processing, routing of requests.
• Testing, debugging and maintenance of stable operation of existing solutions (including in close cooperation with the contact center and other business units).
• Participation in the development of dashboards and monitoring for tracking customer requests (chatbots, phone line, etc.).
• Search and implementation of ways to improve the customer experience through technical changes (for example, reducing response time, optimizing scripts, etc.).
• Active interaction with the product team, designers, analysts and contact center - with the aim of achieving joint results.
