The Role

RedStone is a quickly growing blockchain startup, building a new generation of Oracles which is a service bringing real-world data to blockchain-based protocols. The product launched in January 2023 and today our clients include some of the biggest names in the crypto space such as Pendle, Morpho, EtherFi, Ethena, Renzo, Venus, Frax and many more. Protocols chose us over some of the competitors because of our robust product that answers clients' needs.

Joining RedStone means working day-to-day with the best teams in the web3 space. Besides the ones mentioned above, you will be working with DeFi Protocols (including Silo, Sommelier, Balancer); token Issuers in need of an Oracle price feed (such as Puffer, Swell, Reserve); L1s&L2s (such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Mantle, BNB Chain) and many others.

The company is backed by some of  the best Venture Capital funds in the space , including Blockchain Capital, Distributed Global, Lemniscap or Coinbase Ventures as well as  world-renowned Angels such as Stani Kulechov (Founder of Aave), Sandeep Nailwal (Co-Founder Polygon), Emin Gün Sirer (Co-Founder Avalanche), Alex Gluchovski (Co-Founder zkSync) and others.

The team

We are a result-oriented team of 22 top-class players with experience in both traditional Software companies (like Google) and Blockchain projects (like Open Zeppelin).

The Tech Team consists of prime engineers with 8+ years of experience each in blockchain and high-throughput distributed systems. Senior Developers at RedStone include PhDs in Computer Science, Cryptography and Mathematics.

Our Go-To-Market team is small and nimble - we intend to keep it that way. Because of that, everybody gets a lot of responsibility and a strong influence on our overall expansion strategy.

Who we are looking for

We seek a talented Graphic Designer / Illustrator Web3 to create engaging social media content, illustrations and animations.

You have the opportunity to become the leader in brand desing for RedStone, capturing the moment we're the fastest growing oracle on the market with the approaching Token Launch.

What You’ll Do

TLDR Lead the design efforts, create infographics and crypto-themed memes, develop visual language for new products, design merch and social media campaigns across platforms.

• Lead the design efforts, collaborating with Product Marketing, Technical, and Business Development teams.
• Create infographics, social media layouts, and original crypto-themed content & memes.
• Stay updated on crypto news and trends, picking up potentials for viral graphics / themes.
• Brand all our materials like reports, offers etc.
• Brainstorm and develop meme and illustration concepts aligning with our brand.
• Develop visual language for new products and events.
• Design innovative social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Optimize designs for different devices and collaborate to maintain brand consistency.
• Design merch and prepare for printing.
• Ensuring that RedStone graphics and designs on Crypto Twitter are top notch ;)

Skills You’ll Need:

• At least 3 years of graphic / content design experience.
• Intermediate understanding of the Web3 design flow and interest in cryptocurrencies. Plus, the ability to master new DeFi, crypto and Meme subjects quickly.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Illustrator, or similar.
• Effective communication of ideas and design rationale.
• Independent work capability and quick iteration.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and receptive to critique.
• Experience in creating brand identities and visuals.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts visually.
• Understanding of design trends and techniques.
• English level B1 or higher.
