The company works in three directions: Marketplace — creation of creative elements for all parts of the listings and internal advertising of the platform with the aim testing the impact of design on conversion and sales. Generation or adaptation of advertising creatives and content for various traffic channels — Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, e-mail marketing, affiliate marketing, etc (banners, short videos, infographics, design). Design of the main site companies, creating landing pages for additional landing pages, for holidays and separate PR campaigns. So, what we expect from you: Experience in a similar position from 1 year; Ability to work with Figma; Understanding of UI/UX and web design principles; Knowledge and skills apply modern trends in design; Experience working with task managers Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.; The level of written English is not lower than Intermediate. It will also be a huge plus: Ability to work with the Adobe package (Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop); Ability to work quickly: efficiency is our everything!); Understanding that editing is a work process; Ability to work with any TK and courage to clarify unclear points;Responsible attitude to work and deadlines;Creativity and the ability to create more than 1 idea;A combination of independence and the ability to work in a team;Personal development: own personal development plan (PDP), focusing on improving skills and knowledge. What you will do: Static and animated creatives for social networks; Infographics of different formats; Videos of different formats for social networks; Landing pages for different requests; Working with banners on the marketplace: developing concepts for testing; Working with typography, selecting color combinations accordingly to the general concept and style; Make changes to the design of existing pages on the site; Maintain the site design at an appropriate level, making your suggestions for improving the overall appearance.
