Our strengths often lie in our differences, so we challenge and champion each other and our clients, to be the very best we can be.The RoleWe are looking for a Designer to work as part of an embed agency focusing on, delivering designs across social, digital and print channels for multiple brands. The candidate must have a good understanding of design principles, composition skills and an understanding of typesetting.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign visually stunning communications and assets across digital and social media platformsWorking to a brief and being able to take feedback from the client to re-design assetsMaintaining brand and visual consistency across platforms and across campaignAdvising on how use of motion design and animation can add value to a campaignDevelop client presentationsAn interesting in relevant developments in tools and techniques, particularly motion and AISkills And ExperienceAt least 4 years' relevant experienceExperience designing well-crafted visual comms for digital spaces, adopting best practice, and general experience across channels such as digital, social and printGreat comprehension skills, written & verbal, when it comes interpreting campaigns for executionAble to work to briefs and work across multiple projects at the same timeSolid Mac skills across Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and presentation softwareKnowledge of motion design is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to work autonomouslyInterested in keeping up to date with innovation in the design and digital spaceThe pay range for this role is $95,000-$105,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
