Work experience of 3 years or more, the presence of a portfolio ( send with resume, experience working with cottages and commercial properties will be an advantage).Proficiency in ArchiCAD/Revit, 3DMax, Lumion and other programs for creating realistic visualizations and videos.Knowledge of building codes, current trends in exterior and interior design knowledge of modern finishing and building materials and construction technologies (residential premises, offices, shops, restaurants). Knowledge of productions, suppliers of finishing materials, experience in assembly. High level of detailing and processing of drawings, visualizations. Responsibility, creativity, punctuality, attention to details. RESPONSIBILITIES: Development of high-quality visualizations, video visualizations, presentations. Development of conceptual design solutions and project design in general. Selection of materials, productions, suppliers. Experience in the selection of premium class materials and furniture. Work with peers. Carrying out author supervision. Participation in negotiations with the Customer when developing individual orders. Work in parallel with several projects.
