REQUIREMENTS: Higher specialized education. Work experience of 3 years, availability of a portfolio (send together with the resume, experience working with cottages, modular structures and commercial objects, residential complexes - will be an advantage). Possession of ArchiCAD, 3DMax, Lumion, and other programs for creating realistic visualizations, videos. Knowledge of modern trends in exterior and interior design, finishing and building materials, construction technologies (residential premises, offices, shops, restaurants). Knowledge of productions, suppliers of finishing materials, experience in assembly. High level of detailing and processing of drawings, visualizations. Responsibility, creativity, punctuality, attention to details. DUTIES :Development of conceptual solutions of the design project and the design of the project in general. Selection of materials, furniture, productions, suppliers. Experience in the selection of premium class materials and furniture. Completing the module. Development of high-quality visualizations, video visualizations, presentations. Work with co-workers. Author supervision. Participation in negotiations with the Customer when developing individual orders. Work in parallel with several projects. WE OFFER: Timely payment of wages.
