- Creativity and non-standard thinking
- Ability generate concepts and implement them in 3ds Max
- Responsibility and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to constantly learn and develop
- Full communication with the draftsman and other project participants
- Ability to conduct several projects in parallel
