Digital Marketing Agency based in the US is seeking a talented Designer with 2-3 years of experience, and expertise in both UX/UI and Graphic Design, to join their dynamic team.The selected candidate will play a vital role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive results for clients across various industries, with a specific focus on web design, SAAS design, branding, and website design.Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives and deliverables.Design and optimize website layouts to ensure responsiveness, usability, and accessibility across different devices and platforms.Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a focus on SAAS design principles and best practices.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts tailored to enhance user experienceConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs, ensuring alignment with web design, SAAS, and branding objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in web design, SAAS design, branding, to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.Produce high-quality graphic assets, including logos, branding elements, icons, banners, and illustrations, aligned with brand guidelines and client preferences.Requirements:2-3 years of proven experience in UX/UI and Graphic Design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in both web design and graphic design (with a focus on SAAS design, branding, and website design).Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.Sound understanding of UX/UI principles, web development frameworks, responsive design techniques, and branding strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions in the context of web design, SAAS design, branding, and website design requirements.Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.Familiarity with front-end development technologiesAbility to thrive under pressure and adapt to evolving project requirements
