We are looking for a creative and versatile Designer to join our team and contribute to our mission of making mental health care accessible to all.Job Description:As a Designer at Wellnite, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling designs that resonate with our audience and effectively communicate our values. If you have a strong design portfolio and a passion for creating impactful visual experiences, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute creative concepts that align with Wellnite’s brand identity and marketing strategies.Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for our website, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing promotional materials, including infographics, banners, ads, and landing pages.Work closely with the product team to design user interfaces (UI) and experiences (UX) that enhance the usability and appeal of our platform.Maintain and refine Wellnite’s visual style and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.Stay updated with design trends and incorporate best practices into your work.Assist in the creation of print materials, including brochures, presentations, and event collateral.Provide design support for special projects, product launches, and company initiatives.Requirements:Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Experience in designing for digital platforms, including web and mobile.Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback while maintaining a consistent brand voice.Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with highly innovative tech companies.Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing.Experience in designing email campaigns and landing pages.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive, creative, and collaborative remote work environment.If you’re a creative designer with a passion for mental health and wellness, we’d love to see your work!
