Posts, creatives, artificial intelligence, patches, envelopes, business cards, banners, packaging... I can't list everything, but variety is also fun! Stable ZP. I understand that you will not do your work for thanks. Therefore, the salary will be stable and without delays. Adequate team. I treat people the way I would like to be treated. I demand the same from our SMMs, with whom you will also work. I try to give clear technical specifications. Of course, it doesn't always work out, but "something is wrong, redo" is extremely rare in our team, and I try to burn it out like a weed. Work remotely. Full employment.
