InDesign and Word designer in Progress One

About the project

We have a large long-term project to convert educational materials from HTML to PDF and Word. We are looking for a detail-oriented typewriter who is confident with InDesign and Microsoft Word and knows how to set up and use styles competently.

Main Responsibilities

Converting educational materials from HTML to PDF and Word according to specified templates and requirements.

Layout documents in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word using paragraph styles, symbols, headings etc.

Working with content, numbering, lists, tables, footers.

Preparation of files for transfer to the client (checking the structure, uniform style, correct formatting).

Careful checking of the layout: absence of missing elements, "hanging" lines, differences in styles.

Making corrections according to the comments of the manager/editor.
