Hello! My name is Serhii, the executive director of the design agency for creating clothing brands "My Clothing Brand". I am looking for a CREATIVE DESIGNER to join the team! Today, we are a small team with big ambitions that is just starting its journey. We need a cool expert in his field, who has good experience and is constantly learning new things. We are looking for a person who will develop creatives for a graphic designer who will create final images for the customer.

What are the main functions of the position:< /strong>

• Creating creative images for clothing. More specifically, there is a company that wants to develop image designs for corporate clothing (T-shirts, hoodies, raglans, etc.). Designs of images - for application on clothing (printing, embroidery, embossing, rhinestones, textile tape, etc.). Image designs are created in different categories chosen by the customer. For example: company performance, employee motivation, positivity, leadership, etc. Of course, the customer cannot answer what exactly he wants for an image, so it is necessary to show examples of images, guess the wishes, choose images for finishing on services (Freepik, Shutterstock, etc.) and make creatives of these images, which are then given to a graphic designer to create compositions (images, text , colors, fonts, etc.). Direct interaction with the client regarding wishes and correction of proposed image options. Direct interaction with the graphic designer regarding the correction of his image creation actions (image relevance, creativity, speed of work, etc.)
• Creating a brand style for a corporate and family clothing brand.  A customer appears: a representative of a company or an individual bright personality for whom it is necessary to develop from scratch a corporate style and image designs for his own clothing brand. Namely - the name of his brand, several types of logo to choose from: text, abbreviation, symbolic, abstract, character, emblem, combined or coat of arms (simple). Corporate fonts, corporate colors of the clothing brand. As well as those listed above - thematic image designs for clothing (T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, suit, cap, etc.). After the name and logo, designs for label images, clothing tags, and clothing packaging should be developed. We do all this not "off the top of our heads", but according to the order fulfillment checklist, for quick order fulfillment, so that the customer does not have to think for a long time about what he wants, in what form, and make fewer corrections. First, we make sketches of images for agreement with the customer, and then give them to the designer to create the final composition.
• Preparation of images.  Designer control over the preparation of layouts for DTF printing on textiles, sublimation printing, computer embroidery (special format), embossing, etc.

What we expect in terms of skills and abilities:

• Creativity #1. This is the most important thing! Creative, emotional, meaningful images
• Speed ​​#2! Super important in the development of corporate style and images (prints) for clothes. To understand how much time is available for creation: corporate style (4 logos of different categories, 2 corporate fonts, 2 corporate colors, brand slogan) 4 images from different categories (creatives) - 4 hours of time. For 90% percent of designers, this is an unrealistic indicator, but we do it as a team every day!
• Working experienceas a graphic designer from 1 year. Preferably with creation of creatives (combinations of different elements: elements, text, colors, etc.), not just "give me a ready-made image, I will finish it in 5 minutes and send it".
• Experience in creating prints for clothing
• Understanding the basics of printing and pre-press preparation, file formats for printing and embroidery
• Ability to work with the client: courtesy, professionalism, attentiveness
• Ability to work with a graphic designer : control, planning for the day, speed, quality of work, action corrections, common language
• Professional mastery of basic graphics programs Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
• Good skills in using image databases and neural networks like Leonardo or similar, for image generation (part of the image designs must be created with the help of artificial intelligence, very quickly)
• Willingness to send a portfolio where we can see style and craftsmanship (it does not matter what form the portfolio will be)

Working conditions we offer:

1. Salary

• For the trial period (10-30 days) - rate 20,000 UAH
• For the first 6 months - Rate 20,000 UAH + plus bonus 5,000 - 10,000 UAH depending from creativity, volume of work and compliance with deadlines
• After 6 months — Rate 30,000 UAH + plus bonus 10,000-15,000 UAH depending on creativity, volume of work and compliance with deadlines

2. Remote work format

• Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday closed)
