Designer (Illustrator + UX/UI)

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching illustrations and graphics for various digital and print materials, including websites, mobile apps, marketing collaterals, and more.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and feedback analysis to iterate and improve design concepts based on user insights and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in illustration, UX/UI design, and design tools/software.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both illustration and UX/UI design skills across a range of projects and platforms.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
