Designer for social networks (Digital / Graphic Designer) in Persha Privatna Brovarnya

We, First Private Brewery, are an ambitious Ukrainian company that is constantly growing and innovating.

We are inviting a Social Media Designer to our team to build a systemic visual style of the brands of Persha Privatna Brovarny in digital and operational production of all graphic materials for social networks and online communications (static posts, stories, banners, creatives for promos, presentations, etc.).

Key tasks:

• Development and adaptation of static creatives for social networks:

1. image and product posts;
2. promotional creatives, announcements, special offers;
3. creatives for performance campaigns.

• Design of stories:

1. promotional series of stories, interactive formats, image, product;
2. templates for regular columns.

• Adaptation of layouts for different formats and platforms:

1. square, vertical, horizontal;
2. banner formats, previews/covers for video.

• Participation in the development and maintenance of the visual identity of brands:

1. working with the brand book, creating guidelines for social networks;
2. updating and unifying the visual style.

• Preparing the design of presentations, landing pages, e-mails (if necessary).
• Cooperation with as a content maker, SMM manager, editor:

1. obtaining TK, visualization of ideas, participation in brainstorms;
2. joint formation of rubrics and content formats.

• Preparation of source files for launch in targeted advertising and media campaigns (correct formats, weight, technical requirements).
• Operative work with edits from brand managers within agreed deadlines.

Requirements for our candidate:

• Preferred college degree or undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communications, media design, advertising, marketing, art or related majors.
• Strong portfolio and relevant courses are acceptable in lieu of formal education.
• 2+ years of commercial experience in the position graphic / digital designer.
• Desirable experience of working in digital agencies, creative studios or on the brand side (FMCG, beverages, e-commerce, retail).
• Mandatory experience of creating creatives for social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, banner formats).

• Confident mastery of design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or analogues).
• Knowledge of the principles of composition, typography, color science.
• Understanding the specifics of digital design: how creative looks on mobile, how it scales, how texts are read; how different formats work in the feed and stories.
• Basic skills of working with motion (animated dies, simple animations of text/elements) in After Effects or similar are desirable.
• Understanding the role of creativity in marketing campaigns: what is CTR, banner blindness, the role of visuals in performance.
• Ability to work with references and moodboards: collect visual ideas, propose options, adapt to the brand.
• Experience of working with brand books and guidelines; the ability to adapt styles to different brands within the group.
• Skillspreparation of production-ready files: export in the required formats, working with layouts for printing (as a plus).
• Basic experience with team interaction tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, Google Drive, etc.) is desirable.
