With a commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable development practices, whom strives to create exceptional spaces that enhance communities and improve lives.Job Description:as a Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity and aesthetic appeal of our real estate development projects. Working closely with development and marketing teams, you will conceptualize and create compelling design solutions that align with project objectives and resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and experience in the US market, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and impactful designs.Responsibilities:Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.Develop creative design concepts, sketches, and mood boards that effectively communicate project vision and goals.Produce high-quality visual assets, including renderings, floor plans, elevations, and marketing materials, using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.Ensure that all design work meets brand standards, project specifications, and deadlines.Present design concepts and proposals to internal teams and external clients for review and feedback.Iterate on designs based on feedback and make necessary revisions to achieve desired outcomes.Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and contractors to integrate design elements into project execution.Stay current on design trends, technology advancements, and industry best practices to continually enhance design capabilities and quality.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and/or other 3D modeling software.Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Designer in the real estate development industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects relevant to the US market.Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual solutions.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.What is offered?Work with a team of passionate, friendly, joyful professionalsFlexible vacation/time-off policy100% remote1500 – 2000 usd a month, depending on the results of the interviewWork schedule:5AM – 2 PM PT (3PM – 12AM Kyiv time), slight shifting possible
