Designer/Drafter in Actalent

Description:Candidate will develop and refine highly detailed CAD models and assemblies from conceptual sketches, group discussions and direction from project engineer. Solidworks will be used to create detail and assembly drawings, customer and supplier CAD models and documentengineering specifications for mechanical components and assemblies. Will coordinate and consult with enigneers and others to modify and revise designs to correct design problems, operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems. Additional duties include review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs.
