Designer (Digital + Print | Motion will be a plus) in Talant Agenciya FERM

FERM is a modern agricultural service that helps farmers work more efficiently, honestly and simply. We are currently looking for a Designer who will strengthen the marketing team and ensure quality and timely creation of advertising materials for digital channels and offline communication: banners and creatives for PPC/SMM, motion/GIF, POSM for print, presentations, visuals for social networks, email and landing pages. 

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• Experience in creating creatives for digital advertising (banners/adaptations/formats).
• Understanding composition, typography, color, basic principles of CTA and conversion design.
• Experience in preparing layouts for printing (CMYK, technical requirements).
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with deadlines.

Will be an advantage:

• After Effects / Premiere Pro (or similar) for motion and video.
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B projects.
• Strong cases with presentations.

What the trial period will look like (example of tasks):

• Set of 5–10 static banners + 1–2 dynamic formats for PPC/SMM.
• 2–3 types of POSM (postcard/poster/brochure).
• Corporate presentation template + design of 1–2 presentations.

Success criteria:

• Quality: compliance with brand-style, accuracy, minimal editing.
• Speed: completion of tasks by deadlines.
• Result: full pool of materials under marketing tasks.
• Communication: effective interaction with a copywriter, PPC, SMM and marketing.
