Requirements:

• excellent command of graphic programs. It is not important to us which programs the specialist works in, the main thing is that he performs his tasks well;

• excellent knowledge of the basics of photo and video composition

• adaptation of materials to different sizes and formats,

• impression and having one's own vision of the visual concept

• work experience of at least 6months (but focus more on practical skills rather than work experience)

• availability of specialized training and successful cases

• literate Ukrainian language< /span>

Responsibilities:

• Creation of static and dynamic creatives;

• Visual design of the Instagram feed, including covers for rils and posts, more complex video editing, if cannot be performed by an SMM specialist;

• Photo processing for posts or creatives;

• Visual design of stories according to a clear content plan and technical specifications;

• Developing the identity of posts and stories, if there is none;

• Ability to work according to the assigned TK;

• Monitoring trends in design and SMM;

• Participation in the discussion of improving the visual concepts of the agency's projects.
