Designer at a digital agency in BADMAN AGENCY

We are looking for an experienced designer to work on social networks and the visual part of advertising. .

BADMAN is a digital agency where our team is engaged in: comprehensive management and promotion of social networks, setting up targeted and contextual advertising, creating visual sites and developing corporate styles.

We DO NOT consider candidates WITHOUT experience.

Required skills and experience:

• 2 years of experience working with commercial projects. Unfortunately, we do not consider candidates without real experience after completing the courses;
• Availability of a portfolio;
• Knowledge of composition, color modern trends in design, ability to work with references, desire to learn;
• Ability to work on visuals in social networks;
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma), After Effects will be a good plus;
• Ability to work in a team and lead constructive dialogue. We always work as a team, designers have their own separate chat where they help each other.

Task:

• Willingness to perform the test task;
• Participation in the preparation of visuals for clients. You will be responsible for your projects: creation of advertising creatives and their adaptations, preparation of Instagram visual feed, design of carousel cards;
• Creation of static creatives, video creatives, banners, icons;
• Participation in analysis of new clients and their competitors, selection of references and participation in the development of creative ideas;
• Assisting content managers with stories, their design when necessary.

Ability to work in the following programs:

• Photoshop — at a high level;
• Figma — at a high level;
• Illustrator — at a medium/high level;
• After Effects - at the beginner/intermediate level;

Terms of work:

• Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 per month. Possibility of growth;
• Schedule: Mon-Fri from 11:00 to 20:00;
• We are considering candidates from all over Ukraine for full-time employment.
