Growe is looking for people who want to: Create designs, illustrations, mockups, and infographics, recruiting presentations, employee handbooks, and other print and digital resources that align with employer branding and messaging; Develop design concepts and implement them through various communication channels, such as printed materials, souvenirs, digital assets, social networks, and event presentations; Create engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social networks, websites and advertising campaigns; To create visual materials of tamaketa on the basis of a creative vision of the concepts of the final execution of the established terms; Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide design expertise and share creative design ideas; Stay on top of trends and follow best practices. We need your professional experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions; Ability to create visual communication materials, graphics, designs and advertising in social networks, presentations, printed products, souvenir products, accompanying events, etc.; The ability to transform ideas into a visually attractive design, to work in accordance with the principles of brand design, to develop the graphic base of the brand; Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, etc.; Excellent motion design skills; Knowledge of 3D software and/or experience in creating landing pages will be a plus; Knowledge of the design principles of such practices; Attention to details, a sharp look at aesthetics, composition and typography.
