Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design consistency across platforms. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, applying them innovatively inprojects. Advocate user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and tostakeholders. Mentor junior designers, fostering aculture ofcontinuous learning and professional development. Requirements: 3+years ofexperience inUX/UIdesign, with asolid portfolio. Ahistory ofworking inglobal project settings, adeptly handling projects across aspectrum ofindustries including healthcare, fintech, IoT, e-commerce, EdTech, PropTech, automotive, travel and hospitality, entertainment and media, and retail technology. Askillset that includes navigating various market dynamics and cultural nuances, skillfully crafting user experiences that resonate universally. Acollection ofwork (inFigma + Notion) showcasing technical proficiency, creative problem-solving aptitude, and the ability tocraft adaptable design solutions tailored toarange ofsectors. Proficiency indesign tools like Figma; familiarity with AI-powered design tools isbeneficial. Proficiency indesigning and implementing data visualizations and data tables. This includes the ability toeffectively represent complex data inanaccessible, visually appealing manner, enhancing decision-making and user engagement indata-intensive applications. Fluent inEnglish (B2Upper-Intermediate orhigher), with excellent communication skills. Strong experience increating responsive designs.
