Designer in Yalantis

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who excels in adaptability, creativity, and technical proficiency.

The project domain is within the scope of mobile application development, for a cloud-based photo editing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for digital products, including websites and mobile apps, focusing on intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, applying them innovatively in projects.
• Advocate user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a solid portfolio.
• A history of working in global project settings, adeptly handling projects across a spectrum of industries including healthcare, fintech, IoT, e-commerce, EdTech, PropTech, automotive, travel and hospitality, entertainment and media, and retail technology.
• A skillset that includes navigating various market dynamics and cultural nuances, skillfully crafting user experiences that resonate universally.
• A collection of work (in Figma + Notion) showcasing technical proficiency, creative problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to craft adaptable design solutions tailored to a range of sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma; familiarity with AI-powered design tools is beneficial.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data visualizations and data tables. This includes the ability to effectively represent complex data in an accessible, visually appealing manner, enhancing decision-making and user engagement in data-intensive applications.
• Fluent in English (B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher), with excellent communication skills.
• Strong experience in creating responsive designs.
• Technical understanding of front-end development processes, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
