Designer in EvoPlay

Evoplay - one of the leading product IT companies of Ukraine, which operates on the international market and creates complex B2B solutions for the online gaming industry.

We are looking for a strong visual expert to help systematically develop the company's HR brand through design. You will be a key point of visual expertise for HR and internal communications. In the area of ​​responsibility, the full cycle of creative creation: from idea and concept to final implementation and quality control. Maturity, independence in decision-making, professional endurance and willingness to work with a large number of iterations are important to us - we work in a dynamic environment where design passes through different stakeholder levels.

What you will do:

• Develop visual concepts for HR-brand, presentations, landing pages style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Maintain and develop the HR communications design system.

• Work with large-scale internal initiatives: charity projects, corporate events.

400; font-style: text-decoration">Work closely with copywriters, marketing leaders. finalize them based on feedback results.

It is important for us:

• 3+ years experience in graphic or brand design.

• Systems thinking: you know how to build an identity, not just individual layouts.

• High level of independence, you do not wait for step-by-step instructions.

• A relaxed attitude to a lot of edits and iterations.

• Initiative: you offer solutions, not just execute TK.

• Ability to work with deadlines without losing quality.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Portfolio with real cases (identity, campaigns, system solutions).

What will be a plus:

• Experience in internal communications or HR branding.

• Understanding the principles of building EVP and employer branding.

• Experience working with animation.
