Design Team Lead \ Art Lead in Netgame

We are currently looking for a skilled Lead Designer to work on several projects: improving existing products , creating new brands while setting high design standards for other team members.

It will be cool if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in web design, corporate style development; 
• Strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve goals; 
• Exceptional Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and InDesign skills;
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent;
• High project management skills and teams;
• Strong visual design skills, a sense of aesthetics and beauty;
• Knowledge of modern design trends;
• Creative thinking, a broad outlook;
• Ability to work quickly and under tight deadlines;
• Strong communication skills, ability to build effective interaction with internal customers and team members.

Main tasks:

• Planning, effective management of time and priorities of the team to ensure deadlines are met, without sacrificing the quality of results;
• Development and maintenance of a single unique style of each project and work on the brand book ;
• Collaboration with other teams, including working closely with the product owner and marketing team to achieve common goals, brand recognition and "success" of projects.
