Design Expert Team Lead - E-commerce​​ in T-Mobile Polska

The team is responsible for creating and developing digital products that are visible to the client. The team's main task is to work on the t-mobile.pl portal to improve customer paths and achieve business goals. Additionally, he facilitates design sprints, during which we develop concepts for our products and services.

The team also works on optimizing existing solutions in cooperation with the group and internal teams.

• Ability to combine design, business and user needs with attention to aesthetics, details and coherence of elements
• Ability to create ideas based on data, knowledge of UX research methods (quantitative and qualitative) and experience in conducting tests and interviews with users
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, supported by a portfolio of web/mobile projects

• Experience in conducting workshops and designing complex digital processes supporting advanced business processes
• Ability to create and maintain system design in Figma, using autolayouts and components.
• Ability to present work results and argue design choices at the management level (good knowledge of English at C1 level required)
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Figma/Axure, Miro, Webflow, Jira , Confluence
