Design Engineer (Solidworks) in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a Design Engineer who will be responsible for developing and bringing mechanical units of complex technical systems to series readiness. In this role, you will work to create structures where precision, stiffness, durability and maintainability are critical parameters, and every engineering decision directly affects the reliability of the product in real-world conditions.

Expectations from candidate:

• Education: full or partial higher technical education, deep understanding of engineering and design principles.

• Professional knowledge of CAD: SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other CAD systems.

• Regulatory literacy for drawing up and checking specifications.

• Knowledge of the component base: optimal selection of fasteners, rolled metal and materials for specific designs.

• Designing of mechanical systems, components for a complete cycle.

• Development of high-precision 3D models and working drawings in CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) taking into account the integration of electronics and optical elements.

• Calculations of strength, stability and service life of structures (analytical methods and FEM), optimization of mass-dimensional parameters.

• Formation of a complete package of technical documentation: specifications, technological maps, product passports and operating instructions.

• Modernization and improvement of existing solutions to increase reliability, accuracy, as well as reduce weight and power consumption.

• Conducting technical analysis, identifying the causes of failures or damage and developing corrective technical measures.

• Introduction of modern technologies: 3D printing, composite materials, modular solutions, depreciation systems to increase accuracy, mobility and autonomy of products.

• Interaction with related departments, participation in technical reviews, prototype tests and certification procedures.
