Design engineer (metal structures) in Tryzub Industries

We, Tryzub Industries, are looking for a qualified Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The main activity of the company is the production of metal structures and parts for vehicles that will be used on pickup trucks and SUVs to improve their functionality, increase capacity and volume of cargo that can be transported. In addition, research and experimental development will be conducted to improve the components and parts of such vehicles to increase their functionality. The manufactured parts and developments will be installed on vehicles used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other units that ensure the defense capability of our country. Main responsibilities: Creation of metal structures and their strength calculation Development and implementation of engineering solutions for existing products Engineering development of new products/modifications according to technical specifications Preparation of technical documentation, drawings, schemes, specifications for various departments (laser, bending, welding) Control of product manufacturing technology in workshop and instruction of craftsmen, clarification of technical documentation Selection of materials in accordance with their physical properties and search for necessary materials to perform the task Requirements for the candidate: Experience in SolidWorks, ability to do 3D modeling Experience in design projects related to mechanical engineering Understanding and ability to design with different materials (metal, polymers, wood) Ability to calculate and calculate loads Ability to collect, systematize and analyze information to make decisions that comply with technical specifications Creative thinking, ability to find and propose non-standard solutions.
