The technical base and large production capabilities are the main, but not the only, advantages that our ZBV plant cooperates with. Now we are looking for a design engineer. Requirements: construction education; skills in reading (and developing) drawings of reinforced concrete structures (formwork, reinforcement), building metal structures; knowledge of modern building materials for the manufacture of concrete blocks; mastery of drawing programs: mandatory AutoCAD, alternatively: Revit, Allplan, Tekla, etc.; mastery of programs for calculation of reinforced concrete structures. The main simple tasks of our employee: check the customer's drawing (or serial) for errors (length of blanks, selection of materials), for compliance with the technological capabilities of our enterprise. Pay attention to whether it is necessary to replace the armature due to an outdated drawing; make the appropriate adjustments (usually by hand), agree with the customer; if necessary, prepare an additional sketch or redo the full drawing (if there are too many adjustments); in the event that in the armature is indicated in the drawing, you need to draw the frame and write out all the rods with the length of each of them in the specification; in the event that the product production technology is not taken into account in the project, you need to issue your own drawings with subsequent approval of the changes made with the project developers. more complex tasks include the development of own projects taking into account our technological capabilities under the support of the project organization. In order to understand the technological capabilities, periodic visits to the production should be carried out in order to get acquainted with the equipment parameters and perform the necessary measurements.
