Your daily work will include education and inspiration of pharmacists for the recommendation of dermatocosmetics brands Vichy, La Roche-Posay and Cerave.Development of the education strategy for pharmacists, Beauty advisers, Business developers Adaptation of scientific materials and international product presentationsDeveloping and creating of visual aid, which includes product content, physiological / pathological skin conditions, sales technicsPreparing content for the educational platform for pharmacists Derma ClubHolding trainings and webinarsHolding offline trainings and education in the points of salesDeveloping product cataloguesAnalysis of trainings carrying effectivityCommunication with marketing, commerce and scientific departments, digital team and reporting on time in case of requestsKey RequirementsAt least Bachelor`s Degree (Pharmaceutical, Medical or Biological education)Working experience with cosmetics – at least 2 yearsCreativity and innovative approach, trainings methodologies knowledgeExcellent presentational skillsFluent in Ukrainian languageGood English knowledge (upper-intermediate level)Experienced user of MS PowerPoint, ExcelLocation in KyivWhat We OfferJoin the leading Beauty Tech Company worldwide with official employment, competitive remuneration, and global profit-sharing opportunities.
