Deputy Technical Manager (project manager) in CCC Ukrayina, TOV

We, the international company LLC "CCC Ukraine", have been successfully working in the field of selling shoes and accessories for more than 10 years. There are 15 SSS stores and a Halfprice multi-brand store on the territory of Ukraine. 

We invite to our team a Deputy Technical Manager

Key tasks:

1. Approval of technical requirements and parameters of premises for opening chain stores. Development and adaptation of technical applications to lease agreements

2. Acquaintance with the content of the lease agreement, annexes, in terms of technical conditions, standards, preparation of the leased area.

3. Search and conduct of tenders for subcontractors to perform work in chain stores (new and existing): development and adaptation of projects, general construction work, climate systems, video surveillance systems, showcases, equipment, lighting, etc., control over the implementation of orders/work deadlines.< /p>

4. Investment construction (coordination of works in the premises, inspection, current solution of technical problems, verification of the course of work with the schedule). 

5. Preparation and ordering, control of delivery of construction materials/equipment for stores

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the construction industry and specialized education
• Knowledge of Polish language from basic level
• Knowledge of DBN and other legal requirements for premises (sanitary/fire fighting, etc.)
• Driver's license cat. B, the ability to drive a car
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine
