Requirements for the candidate: Higher education, in the field of construction Work experience in hydropower, in the construction of hydroelectric power stations from 5 years is mandatory!; Experience in managing a construction project from "0" to the moment of commissioning; Experience in conducting negotiations at a high level; Experience in selection, supply, installation and start-up of the main hydromechanical and hydropower equipment; Knowledge of regulatory and legal norms and acts in hydropower construction; Knowledge of organization, technology and construction methods; Knowledge and provision of effective design solutions; Leadership and managerial qualities. Working conditions: Full time/week .A modern, convenient office in Podil near the subway. Salary revision is possible after a trial period. The position involves long-term travel abroad to the construction site. Duties: Control and management of the processes of selection, supply, installation and commissioning of the technological equipment of the HPP; Ensuring the evaluation of tenders proposals for the supply of the main technological and auxiliary equipment for the construction of hydroelectric power plants; Preparation of proposals for the organization of the supply of equipment and their submission to the company management for approval; Participation in the preparation of contracts for the supply of equipment; ;Selection, management and control of subcontractors carrying out installation work, drawing up schedules for procurement of spare parts for equipment
