Jobs Responsibilities:

• Organization of efficient operation of the supermarket;
• Ensuring compliance with company network standards;
• Operative management of supermarket activities;
• Analysis of sales results and quality of customer service;
• Conducting inventory of fixed assets according to schedule;
• Organization and control of ordering, warehousing and sales processes of goods;
• Observance of the rules and norms of write-off and return of goods;
• Development and implementation of measures to increase turnover and improve the quality of the trade process.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education/secondary education;
• Experience in food retail trade from 1 year for the position (deputy manager/administrator/director of the store) is mandatory;
• PC: Word, Excel, Outlook Express, 1C;
• Knowledge of modern technologies and principles of retail trade;
• Knowledge of the basics of merchandising, product accounting;
• Knowledge of the basics of cash discipline;
• Knowledge and understanding of the formation orders and write-off of goods;
• Successful experience of managing a team;
• Responsibility, hard work.
