Your tasks will be:

• organizing the work of store merchandisers in separate departments
• fulfilling the specified sales plan and other KPI
• building and motivating the team
• working with the product based on sales results and VM standards for each department
• monitoring the work of merchandisers
• ensuring the fulfillment of the planned indicators of the store
• analysis of commercial reports of the store and working with them in the sales hall

We are looking for you if:

• have at least 1 year of team management experience
• love fashion and work well with merchandise
• motivate others and achieve set goals
• know the principles of VM
• own a computer at the level of an advanced user
• open to changes
