Deputy project manager in Region Karpat, MFOZNS / NEEKA

The Carpathian region, MFOZNS / NEEKA" announces a competition for the position of deputy project manager, on full-time terms, for a period of 9 places under the project:

"Intersectoral support of priority places of temporary settlement, providing individual support to the most vulnerable categories persons and implementing a program to make up for educational losses in the Western part of Ukraine".

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the project manager in planning, organizing and implementing project tasks.
2. Performance of the manager's duties in his absence.
3. Coordination of team work, distribution of responsibilities among team members.
4. Ensuring effective communication and cooperation within the team.

5. Tracking the implementation of project tasks, monitoring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
6. Participation in the development of strategic and operational plans of the project.
7. Organization and holding of meetings, meetings and other events.< /li>
8. Identifying potential risks for the project and developing measures to minimize them.

Requirements:

- Higher education in economics, management or a related field;

- Ability to work in a team and make decisions under limited time;

- Attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of information.
