Requirements:

- Experience of working in non-profit organizations for at least 2 years.
- Mandatory experience in the field of project management and/or programs.
- Experience of cooperation with foreign partners is an advantage.

The main task of this role is to
- help the manager organize operational processes in the program department,
- consolidate project information to provide senior management with relevant quality information on existing projects and planning.
- li>monitor current needs in the KSU network and later form them into project applications
Duties:
- Proof of contracts with donors, fixing project implementation terms, terms of transfer of funds, etc.
- Participation in writing policies, regulations, instructions, etc. that relate to the program department.
- Assisting the program manager in the strategic planning and development of the department.
- Monitoring compliance with reporting deadlines and coordinating reporting processes.
- Assisting in responding to donor requests.
- Maintenance of the project management system (LEO PPM), in which all projects are entered.
- Participation in the processes of developing new project proposals and/or coordination processes with donors. >
- Tracking (monitoring) of current needs in the field of charity, for a quick and effective response to existing needs in society.
- Interaction with partner organizations and donor institutions.
