What you will do:

• Control the quality of raw materials and finished products;
• Develop new recipes and menus;
• Control employees' compliance with safety and sanitation standards, ensuring proper preparation of semi-finished products and products for the cooking process;
• Use the latest professional equipment;
• Control of compliance with sanitary standards, proper operation of equipment, impeccable order in the workshop and HACCP standards.
