Job duties:

• Organization of efficient work of the production workshop (bakery) schedule (1 year per month);
• Organization and control of raw material ordering processes;
• Compliance with write-off rules and norms;
• Development and implementation of measures to increase turnover and improve the quality of the trade process.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education/secondary education;
• Experience in food retailing from 1 year for the position (deputy manager/administrator/store director) is mandatory;
• PC: Word, Excel, Outlook Express, 1C;
• Knowledge of modern technologies and principles of retail trade;
• Knowledge of the basics of merchandising, accounting of goods;
• Knowledge of the basics of cash discipline;
• Knowledge and understanding of order formation and write-off of goods;
• Successful experience of managing a team;
• Responsibility, diligence.
