The mission of the role:
build an efficient and standardized model of work for the cafeterias of the network, which will ensure stable financial results, high quality of service and a positive customer experience.

Main tasks and area of responsibility:
• Formation and implementation of the strategy for the development of chain cafeterias.
• Creation and implementation of operational policies, standards and business processes.
• Planning the development of formats and assortment matrix, introduction of new products and services.
• Formation and control of the direction budget
• Analysis of financial indicators (P&L): income, expenses, efficiency, profitability.
