Deputy of the accounting department in Netpeak Group

Due to expansion, Netpeak Core is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join its International Accounting team. 
The candidate must be prepared to take on a key role in the accounting of a globally expanding group of companies. This position involves active participation in the creation and management of accounting systems, organization and automation of accounting processes, ensuring the maintenance of accounting records and compliance with international accounting standards.

Professional Skills: 

1. Knowledge of English at level B2 or higher.
2. From 5 years of experience in large international companies.
3. Leadership and team management experience.
4. Expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
5. Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, MD 365 Finance, Netsuite and similar ERP).
6. Experience with international financial rules and standards.< /li>
7. Ability to coordinate and manage reporting, payables and receivables, general ledger, investment and VAT accounting.

   What needs to be done:

1.  Participate in the organization and maintenance of accounting and tax accounting for a group of companies. 
2. Ensure the smooth operation of accounting functions.
3. Manage the work of a team of accountants to ensure the accuracy of accounting records. 
4. Control over the display of business transactions in accounting, including VAT.
5. Prepare and submit relevant reports in accordance with IFRS and GAAP. 
6. Coordinate with independent accountants to prepare financial and tax statements in various jurisdictions.
7. Assist in internal audit and ensure compliance with tax legislation.
8. Tax forecast and optimization of tax obligations.
9. Ensure the quality of document circulation in accordance with the legislation. 
10. Effectively communicate and establish cooperation with all participants of processes in the company. 
11. Provide information to others in a timely mannerthese departments.
