Responsibilities:

• Control of the work of the production workshop;
• Organization of technological processes in production, ordering of raw materials, control of residues, quality control;
• Control of compliance by employees with norms and requirements regarding quality, assortment, taste qualities, etc.;
• Maintenance of all production documentation, taking inventory
