ToV "Agrikors"is engaged in the cultivation of vegetable products and is a supplier of many Ukrainian grocery chains, specializing in the cultivation of potatoes and cabbage. We are located in the Dnipropetrovsk district, the village of Dibrova.

In connection with the expansion of production, we are looking for a Deputy manager of a vegetable enterprise to join the team, who will help us achieve even higher results.

Your main tasks:

• management of personnel involved in the cultivation, collection, sorting, packaging of vegetable products;
• participate in the process of selection and adaptation of employees;
• control of field crews;
• quality control of work in the main areas of production;
• quality control of indicators of vegetable products;
• optimization/automation of the production process;
• solving all work issues and problems;
• increasing the productivity of each technological area of production;

We expect from you:

• experience working as a manager or assistant manager production;
• communication;
• ability to quickly solve work issues/problems;
• organizational skills;
• knowledge of the principles of production workload planning;
• honesty;
• ability to work with a large number of personnel.
