Your scope of work:

• stimulating profitable sales by achieving or exceeding set goals in sales KPI
• manage all areas of the store (operation, team, processes)
• build a strong, high-performing team by hiring, developing and retaining the best talent
• organization and planning of the store's schedule and tasks
• responsibility for the inventory process and the loss prevention area
