Deputy manager at a supermarket (cooking + baking), 17 quarter in Varus

Responsibilities:

• Production documentation maintenance

• Organization of technological processes in production, ordering of raw materials, control of residues, storage periods

• Organization and planning of the work of employees of production

• Control of all production processes

• Conducting inventory, control of write-offs

• Quality control of products in the showcase: compliance of the preparation technology with technological maps and HACCP requirements, compliance of products in the showcase with established standards, compliance with expiration dates and absence of expired goods in the showcase;

• Control of turnover, income, profitability of production and markup

Requirements:

• Higher/secondary education

• Experience in retail trade preferred

Conditions:

• Official employment according to the Labor Code (24 calendar days paid vacation; paid sick leave)

• Income 26,000 UAH (18,200 UAH official salary + 7,800 UAH bonus based on work results), on average).

• Schedule: 5/2 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., no night shifts, trial period 1 month
