Who I am looking for
HR manager who already has experience and feels that the time has come for next step. Someone who wants not just to manage processes, but build them together with me.
You are right for us if you:
- have 1 year of HR experience (in recruiting, HRM or HRBP);
- you understand the life cycle of an employee: from adaptation to development and retention;
- you know how to communicate with managers and "ignite" colleagues;
- you know how to keep the system, but do not lose humanity;
- you strive for professional growth to become an HR manager.
What will be in your tasks
- Lead the full cycle of HR processes: recruiting, adaptation, assessment, development, communications.
- Be my representative in the office: control HR tasks, interact with managers and the team.
- Conduct interviews, one-to-one meetings, surveys, gathering feedback.
- Organize internal events, team building, corporate events - help maintain the atmosphere.
- Form HR reports, analytics, identify ideas for improvements.
- Be in constant contact with me - planning, focus, priorities, development.
