Responsibilities:

• Process standardization of warehouse logistics
• Introduction of changes to existing procedures and instructions, approval and maintenance of documentation in an up-to-date state
• Participation in the process of implementing and configuring the SAP system within the framework of the warehouse logistics, ensuring compliance of business processes with system requirements and providing support during implementation
• Participation in process refactoring, namely the detailing of all processes and description for users
• Audit of compliance with approved procedures, performance evaluation and the correct execution of actions according to the instructions. Development and implementation of a plan for training staff in implemented processes. Control of knowledge acquisition.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience with standardization of documents, processes
• Ability to develop instructions, training programs for personnel
• Skills work with warehouse programs 1C, WMS, SAP
• English - intermediate level
• Personal qualities: attention to details, likes working with documents, ability to work with staff, train staff to work according to instructions, likes fast pace and implementation of something new.
