We are looking for a deputy head of the sales department to join the SKVOT team, an online school of popular culture. Your future tasks: management of the sales department team: speed of application processing, management of the CRM system; drawing up a work plan for sales managers for the day and month: building a work schedule; development of templates for communication with clients; managing the distribution of applications between size managers; preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the head of the sales department; interaction with the support department or IT to solve technical problems that sales managers may encounter. Requirements Skill pack for high-quality performance of tasks: experience in working with tables, graphs, formulas: knowledge of Google Sheets/ Excel; you have an analytical mind and "you" with various mathematical problems and numbers; desire to drive change: finding and implementing new methods and tools for automating work processes to improve team productivity; attention to detail and meticulousness in completing tasks; knowledge of a systematic approach, clear processes and team coordination; high level of communication skills to build effective interaction with colleagues; the ability to objectively assess situations, to argue one's decisions in order to resolve conflicts and contradictions. Nice-to-have: Pre-Intermediate English; experience with analytics.
